BAN's membership plans are digital services delivered electronically through the Website. No physical goods are shipped.
4.1 How access is delivered
Upon successful payment confirmation from aamarPay, the member's account is upgraded to the purchased plan (Core, Advanced, or Institutional).
Account activation is automatic in most cases and typically completes within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Where manual review is required (for example, additional linked accounts under the Institutional plan), activation may take up to 2 business days.
A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at registration once the account is active, along with a payment receipt.
4.2 Delivery issues
If payment has been confirmed but membership access has not been activated within 2 business days, members should contact hello@bdangels.co with their transaction reference so BAN can investigate.
