Members may cancel their membership at any time. This policy explains what cancellation means for access and billing.
6.1 How to cancel
Send a cancellation request to hello@bdangels.co from your registered email address, or use the cancellation option in your account dashboard where available.
6.2 Effect of cancellation
Membership plans are annual
Cancelling stops any future renewal; it does not end access to the current paid term early. Members retain access to their plan's benefits until the end of the period already paid for.
No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of a current term upon cancellation, except as set out in the Refund/Return Policy (7-day window, duplicate charges, or failed activation).
6.3 Cancellation by BAN
BAN may suspend or cancel a membership, with notice where practicable, if a member breaches these Terms, provides false information, or misuses confidential deal materials. In such cases, fees already paid are not refunded.
